Meanwhile, goats are the new black among U.S. chefs. A recent Wall Street Journal article, Get Your Goat On says, “See for yourself why everybody’s new favorite meat has two horns and a goatee.”
If you eat goat its good for you ,if it not it will be good for goat.
If that’s not goaty goodness, I don’t know what is.
I am slowly crossing certain furry creatures off my meal list, lamb was first and I think goat was second…
Ah-hem. I do NOT want to be served in a restaurant unless it is BY a waiter and it is apples on a plate.
