If you have a few seconds, go to your dashboard, click on the Settings tab, and then click on the Publishing link. At that point you might have to click on Advanced Settings and that's where you enter your domain. If that doesn't work, then it is explained somewhere in the Blogger Help section. My blog is using a very old domain name that I've had for years, from back when I first started freelancing and before my last name changed (again). When I started Jan's Sushi Bar, I didn't even think about the domain, but once I began connecting with other midlife bloggers, I thought it just might be a little easier to remember. And what do you know - www.janssushibar.com was available too! So, I just parked the domain.
